Poker Pot Odds Calculator

Enter the pot before your opponent bets, the opponent's bet, and the amount you must call. The calculator converts that price into both pot odds and break-even equity.

Formula

Break-even equity = call ÷ (pot before bet + opponent bet + your call).

Calculate pot odds

How to read the answer

If the pot is 100, the opponent bets 50 and you call 50, the final pot becomes 200. Your 50 call is 25% of that final pot, so a simplified break-even call needs 25% equity.

Assumptions

  • No future betting is modeled.
  • Your equity estimate is assumed to be accurate.
  • Side pots, rake and tournament payout effects are excluded.
